Customer Support Questions

All customer support questions must be asked via the support forum. The theme support area of the forums is only open to customers who have purchased a theme from themejam.com.

When you purchase a theme, you will be automatically registered for the support forum, and granted access to the theme support area. You will receive an email at the time of purchase containing your forum username and password.

Pre-Purchase Questions

Our pre-purchase questions forum is open to the public. Feel free to browse and post your questions prior to purchasing our themes. Forum registration is required to post. If you’d like to ask a question privately, send an email to brian@themejam.com.

Support Policy

We only provide customer support via the support forum. We do not provide customer support via Email, Twitter, or elsewhere.

Customer support is intended for technical assistance in using our themes as they exist on a fresh installation of WordPress, before any customizations you make to the theme. We do not provide support for using WordPress itself, or any 3rd party plugins you wish to use with your theme.

All support forum questions will be responded to within two business days. We provide support on Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm EST (GMT -5).

Customer Support on ThemeJam.com

The support forum for WP Bids is the same forum as is used for ThemeJam.  ThemeJam is the parent company of WP Bids.
